Between the Alps and the Jura mountains, the sun-drenched shores of Lake Geneva enjoy a temperate climate and some of the world’s most breathtaking sceneries. Downhill and cross-country skiing, snow-boarding, curling, sledding, and skating are enjoyable on top-class resorts, not more than a short drive from the cities, like Gstaad, Verbier, Crans-Montana.
